A Photoshop Collage

Here are a few pointers on how to make a collage in Photoshop

1. Decide what the collage is going to be about. This would include thinking about how you want it to look and what shape you want it to take.

2. Next, gather your images. Gather as many as possible and make sure you have enough to suit all the requirements of the collage.

3. Open up a blank file in Photoshop and start placing your images on the file one by one. In case there is a particular object of significance (like a monument, etc) in an image, you might want to consider removing the background of the object in the image. Click here if you don't know how.

4. Then, arrange your images and remove the edges using the eraser tool ( size - 200 px, hardness - 0)

5. You might find that you have gaps in your collage. So search for some colourful and relevant images to act as fillers. Make sure all white gaps are filled.

6. Once you're happy, merge everything using Shift + Ctrl + e and shift the entire thing onto a background of your choice or simply leave it as is.

Here, I've made a collage showcasing the different parts of the beautiful country of India.
